Gabriela Leon, 27 and Christian Vazquez, 21, from Folklorico de SMC,  perform the Mexican dance from Jalisco called "Gusto" during the Club Row Festival at Santa Monica College on Thursday, October 26, 2006. Folklorico de SMC will be performing this Friday and Saturday at 8pm at the SMC Concert Hall. Tickets are $15.00.

(1) Seven year old student from Edison Language Academy, Sandra English and her mother Vickie Nunez, perform 'La Llorana' during the "Day of the Dead' festival on Saturday, October 29. (2) Sandra English shows her mother  the sugar skull which she made in class  for the alter.  (3) Claudia Vizcarra places a paper butterfly with the name of a loved dead one onto the tree to be honored and remembered. (4) Traci Wallace, an Edison parent, places a 'Calacast' onto one of the many colorful alters.
