Harbor Patrol Officers Donald Davis and David Finley along with two Los Angeles County Lifeguards rescue Gerardo Diaz, 28, on Monday, March 8, 2010. Diaz jumped from the Santa Monica Pier. "I could not swim anymore and I thought I was going to die," he said.
