Attendees of the inaugural 'Discover Poland Festival' were able to catch a glimpse at the poster art of Rafal Olbinski along the Third Street Promenade over the weekend. The festival was held to promote Poland's history, culture, literature, art and economic development.

Balloon artist, Stuart Chandler, 62, aka Mr. Balloon, entertains children with his balloon sculptures on Saturday April, 29 2006 at the Third Street Promenade. Chandler has been working in the Promenade, filling balloons for the past 11 years.
