1) Monsignor Lloyd Torgerson, from St. Monica's Catholic Church, gives an up-lifting holiday message during an annual Toy and Gift Drive at  Shutters on the Beach on Monday, December 10, 2007. The toy drive benefits the children of the Santa Monica Police Activity League and the teens at Virginia Avenue Park.
