Curtis Russell, 31, and his wife Kim Russell, 31, 'scooter pilots' for Scooter Media, stop at the Union 76 gas satiation on the corner of Lincoln Bl. and Rose Ave to fill up their scooters with gas. They are promoting MOCA - The Museum of Contemporary Arts ,"Ecstasy, In and about Altered States," that will be showing thru February 20th. Their movable billboard measures 60.25" high x 41.25" wide . Their scooters get about 75 mile per gallon and one fill up will easily last them throughout the entire day.
