Ken Toman rules! He pretty much wiped out my 15+ years of chronic back pain -- after only 5 or 6 sessions. And he's done wonders for my wife, by strengthening her core running muscles, so she can jog pain-free. The workouts are deceptively simple, but powerful. I still see Ken for occasional 'tune-ups'. If more people knew about Ken's workouts, I think there would be less pain in the world. (I'm serious!) I'll say it again, this time in caps -- KEN TOMAN RULES!
