Competitors bowl during the Inaugural Fidelity Triples Lawn Bowling Tournament on Sunday, July 1, 2007, at Santa Monica Green in Douglas Park. There were 48 players and 16 teams. It was a blind draw. No one new who they would play with.

1-2) Santa Monica Police Officer, Cody Green, tags out Santa Monica Firefighter John Flores as he slides between his legs into home plate on Friday, June 1, 2007 at Clover Park. The Santa Monica Police Officer played two games against the Santa Monica Firefighters. SMPD won both games; 11 to 4 and 18 to 4. 3) Paul Radomski, a SMFD Paramedic, runs to first base but his out by a catch from SMPD's first baseman Saul Rodriguez. 4) Santa Monica Police Officer Roberto Villegas keeps his eye on the ball while up to bat.  5) SMPD and SMFD group photo after the game.

Santa Monica College Football Lineman's Eric Acosta, 19, (left) an  offense  center, charges into defensive gaurd  Idin Azadipour, 18, during spring practice at SMC's Corsair Field  on Wednesday, May 16, 2007. Lineman is a position in American football that are the frontline players of the offense or defense of any play during the game. The linemen are usually the largest players on the team, with professional players weighing over 300 pounds.
