Roadrunners

Hundreds of Roadrunners (a marathon training club) runs south along the Santa Monica Boardwalk on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007 in preparation for next Sundays 22nd annual LA Marathon. On March 4 th, a new era in LA Marathon excitement will begin as the race starts at Universal Studios Hollywood for the first time in its 22 year history. The athletes will run through the hart of Hollywood, past the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Staples Center, and into east Los Angeles for the first time and across the 6th Street Bridge with a Spectacular view of the Hollywood sign, the dramatic downtown high-rises and the Pacific Ocean.
