Bikini Parade
Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club lead a Bikini Parade on the world famous Venice beach boardwalk while attempting to beat the Guinness World Records for Largest Bikini Parade on Saturday, August 22, 2009. Guinness World Records Largest Bikini Parade record was set in Las Vegas in May of 2009 when 281 women in bikinis walked one mile. The parade was filmed for a TV show. There was media from around the world covering the parade including several news shows like Access Hollywood.

A Great Day at the Beach
The Los Angeles Syncro swimmers rehearse at The Annenberg Community Beach House during the grand opening celebrating “A Great Day at the Beach,” on Saturday, April 25, 2009. The Annenberg Community Beach House is an exciting new public facility on Santa Monica State Beach, a project over a decade in the making. The day’s celebration was kicked off with a performance from Cirque du Soleil’s “OTM” in the original pool with its colorful historic tiles. The festivities continued with hula dancers, storytellers, tours, and many other beach-focused and family-friendly activities for both children and adults.

Swimmers run into the chilly Pacific Ocean during the 49th Annual Venice Penguin Swim on New Years Day-Thursday, January 1, 2009, at the Venice Beach Breakwater. The 2009 Penguin Swim featured more than 80 participants, three-foot waves, and sunny 56° degree weather, with a water temperature of 54°degrees.
